Shipping and Handling

Truck Part Stores uses commercial carriers to handle all our shipping details. Often times these services are ideal for our customers. We offer FexEx and UPS as standard options and will work with you to provide the best shipping option for you.

 

For local customers or those within our delivery region, we can offer you local delivery choices that suit your needs.

 

Customers are always welcome to schedule pick up at our warehouse in Steubenville, Ohio. Standard shipping and receiving hours vary, so please be sure that you contact us to check and be sure that we're ready for your arrival.

 

Return Authorizations

We want our customers to be happy with their product - every time. Our goal is 100% satisfaction on every transaction! There are times, however, when parts are incorrect or orders were not accurate. Our standard policy for these issues is as follows:

IF WE SHIPPED AN INCORRECT ITEM:

If there was an incorrect item shipped to you and the order delivered does not match the order that you placed, then we will certainly authorize the return of the delivered items and will replace these with the correct items at no additional cost to you. You will not be charged for shipping the replacement items nor will we charge you for return shipping. If we make a mistake, we'll correct it.
 

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:

At times, product arrives and it is damaged or broken. This is a rare situation, but it can happen. In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us first so that we can work with you and the manufacturer to correctly handle the product return. While the return is being processed, we'll quickly get another item shipped to you so that your repair can proceed forward.
 

IF YOU ORDERED AN INCORRECT ITEM

We all make mistakes sometimes and if you ordered an incorrect part, we'll gladly help you get the right part in hand. Returned parts must be in original condition, have all original packaging and be clean and unused. You must contact us for a return authorization before you ship the product back to us and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your product has been successfully received by us and inspected, we can issue a credit or replace that part with an appropriate item that meets your requirements.
